SCHNEIDER, Chief Justice.

This case concerns the validity of an amendment to a condominium declaration. The appellants, homeowners in the condominium complex, contend the condominium declarations were improperly amended. Appellee, the board of owners of the condominium complex (the Board), contends (1) the declaration was properly amended, or, alternatively, (2) the appellants ratified the disputed amendment.
