A Complaint has been filed by the Plaintiff, PHI Air Medical, L.L.C., against the Debtor, Terry Blair, seeking a ruling holding the Debtor’s obligation to PHI 'in the amount of $10,383.86 is nondisehargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) and (a)(6).
