This is an appeal from a decision of the Civil Service Commission of West Virginia by Cleo Childers, an employee of the Department of Employment Security, hereinafter referred to as appellant, holding that she had not proved that the transfer of the appellant by the Department of Employment Security from the Charleston office to the Huntington office was for non-merit factors or political reason.
