dissents, and votes to reverse the judgment appealed from and to order a new trial, with the following memorandum: While I agree with certain determinations made by my colleagues in the majority, I must respectfully dissent in light of certain errors at trial, which, in my view, require reversal in this case. Specifically, I believe that it was error for the trial court to admit into evidence the hearsay testimony of a police officer regarding a description of the subject perpetrators given by a nontestifying witness.
