This is an action in the name of a minor about seventeen years of age by her father, as her next friend, against the administrator of J ames Brady, deceased, to recover damages for injuries received by the plaintiff when riding in the car of the deceased, James Brady, driven by him at a high rate of speed, when ■ the car ran against a high embankment at the side of the highway at a railway underpass near Blackwell, Okla., on May 23, 1933.
