delivered the opinion of the court:

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Johnson County granting defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings.

Defendant Warren Simpson as the administrator of the estate of the decedent, Guy Simpson, was ordered by the circuit court to sell the personal property of the decedent which included the sale of a certain tractor.
