DECISION

Before this Court, pursuant to Super. R. Civ. P. 59 and following a jury verdict, is Carol A. Butler's ("defendant") motion for a new trial or, in the alternative, remittitur of the jury's compensatory damages and loss of consortium awards to Eleanor and Frank Tedino ("plaintiffs"), who were involved in a motor vehicle accident with the defendant.
