Appellant/Cross-Appellee/Plaintiff Gui-deone Insurance Company appeals the trial court’s order granting partial summary judgment in favor of Appellee/Cross-Ap-pellant/Defendant Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc. Guideone also appeals the trial court’s order dismissing Guideone’s claims against Appellee/Defendant U.S. Water Systems Inc. On cross-appeal, Lowe’s contends that the trial court abused its discretion in making certain evidentiary rulings.
