This cause comes on for hearing npon a motion by the appellee to quash the appeal taken by appellant, S. Bobo Dean Corporation, in behalf of itself and the other defendants in the court below from the order overruling exceptions to the Master’s report and from the final decree of foreclosure rendered by the chancellor on the ground' that the appeal is frivolous, and for delay.
