FLOYD R. GIBSON, Senior Circuit Judge:
Aston Beadle appeals the magistrate court’s1 final judgment in favor of the City of Tampa and Tampa Police Department. The court rejected Beadle’s claim that the Department violated Title VII by failing to accommodate his religious practices and by constructively discharging him because of his refusal to work on his Sabbath. The City and Department cross-appeal the court’s finding that Beadle did not knowingly and voluntarily sign a release waiving his Title VII rights. We AFFIRM.
