|Jn this interlocutory appeal, SEECO, Inc.,1 appeals from an order of the Conway County Circuit Court granting class certification pursuant to Rule 23 of the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure. The circuit court granted appellee Eldridge Snow’s motion to represent a class of Arkansas citizens who entered into certain lease agreements with SEECO for the production of natural gas on their property in the Fayetteville Shale.
