MEMORANDUM ORDER

MARTEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Dillon Companies, Inc. brought the present action to enjoin defendant union from engaging in actions which had the effect of encouraging customers to boycott its grocery stores. The action was first brought in the District Court of Reno County, Kansas, which granted Dillon a temporary restraining order on February 20, 1998. On February 27, 1998, the union removed the matter to this court.
