OLSZEWSKI, Judge:

On February 2, 1979, Barry Pucello was involved in a motor vehicle accident. One of Pucello’s co-workers knew Allen Feingold, a personal injury attorney, and asked if he could give Feingold Pucello’s name. Pucello agreed.

Feingold called Pucello that very evening. Pucello explained that he wasn’t feeling well, having just been in an accident, and would call back tomorrow. Feingold recommended a doctor he knew, and set up an appointment for *511Pucello. The next day, the two discussed the possibility of Feingold’s representing Pucello.
