Arrambide v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

In this diversity case, plaintiffs Dominga and Jesse Arrambide (“Mrs. and Mr. Arrambide”) sued defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores, East, Inc. (collectively ‘Wal-Mart”) for injuries sustained by Mrs. Arrambide when she fell in the lawn and garden center at a Memphis Wal-Mart store.
