In this appeal, Plaintiff Kimberly L. Cruse (“Cruse”) challenges the district court’s decision affirming the determination of the Defendant Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) that Cruse was not disabled and therefore not entitled to disability insurance and supplemental security income (“SSI”) benefits under the Social Security Act (the “Act”).
