BOGGS, Circuit Judge.

In December 1999 and February 2000, Angela M. Jones- applied for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income, claiming that she had been disabled since August 23, 1999 as a result of severe panic attacks, an anxiety disorder, and a depressive disorder. After the deni al of her application for benefits, Ms. Jones requested a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), who found that she was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act (the Act).
