Affirming.

The appellant and plaintiff below, Benjamin Gibson, filed this equity action in the Knott circuit court against appellee and defendant below, John P. Madden, seeking to quiet plaintiff’s title to about one-fourth of' an acre of land near the confluence of the two forks of Irishman creek in Knott county and being a small strip lying between plaintiff’s residence and the creek and upon which there is located a public road.
