1Per curiam
This action was brought by the board of county commissioners of Adair county for the removal of plaintiff in error from the office of sheriff of said county. The petition filed alleged in 13 counts the willful maladministration and corruption in office and failure to account for all funds coming into the defendant’s hands. On the trial of the cause, counts 7, 8, 9, and 11 were dismissed. On March 20, 1926, after a trial hy jury, a verdict of guilty was rendered as to counts 2, 3, and 10, and a verdict of not guilty was rendered as to counts 4, 5, 6, 12, and 13.
