Determination of respondent New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), dated January 21, 2009, which, after a hearing, terminated petitioner’s employment, unanimously confirmed, the petition denied, and this proceeding brought pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the *415Supreme Court, New York County [Joan A. Madden, J.], entered July 13, 2009), dismissed, without costs.

The finding that petitioner resided in NYCHA housing from November 2006 to January 2008 without authorization was supported by substantial evidence, including documents he himself submitted to NYCHA.…
