Deanna Baker claims her former employer, Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. (Securitas), waived its contractual right to compel arbitration of her Maine Human Rights Act (MHRA) and state tort law claims by failing to file for arbitration when Ms. Baker initiated her MHRC complaint and instead waiting and only moving to compel arbitration after she later filed a civil claim in federal court.
