In brief, as alleged, this controversy arose as follows: The three defendants, Huddleston, Ward, and Slate bought two tobacco warehouses in Pelham, Georgia, for $160,000. They organized two corporations and placed one warehouse and its operations in the defendant, Farmers Warehouse of Pelham, Inc., and the other in New Georgian Warehouse, Inc.
