MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CHARLES E. MATHESON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a Complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to Section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code. Trial was held on July 2 and July 26, 1985. At the close of the testimony, the Honorable Jay Gueck ordered the parties to submit written closing arguments and took the matter under advisement pending the submission, by the parties, of those arguments.
