OPINION

STOKES, J.

Defendant James L. Rickards is charged with Driving Under the Influence (“DUI”) in violation of Title 21 Del. C. § 4177(a). Defendant has moved to suppress the evidence against him on grounds that the arresting officer’s reason for pulling him over was pretextual, thereby violating his rights under Article I, § 6 of the Delaware Constitution. The Court has carefully considered Defendant’s Motion to Suppress and the State’s Response, as well as the transcript of the suppression hearing.
