Introduction
Before the Court is Defendant Erick Coursey’s (“Defendant”) Motion to Suppress. Therein, Defendant challenges the validity of a traffic stop and legality of a search warrant, which resulted in evidence and charges against Defendant, as having violated his right against unreasonable searches and seizures of his vehicle and his person guaranteed under the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and Sections 6 and 7 of Article I of the Delaware Constitution and protected by Title 11, chapter 23 of the Delaware Code.
