All of these cases come into this court on petition in error, under the so-called Crabbe Act, recently passed by the legislature of the state of Ohio. As the questions are in many respects the same, the cases will be treated together, and where it is necessary to differentiate, a distinction will be made with respect to the individual case *344in the particular in which it differs from the other cases.

With the exception of No. 3516, Marcinski v. State, they all come into this court on petition in error to the criminal branch of the municipal court of the city of Cleveland, and by the proceedings…
