1Opinion of the Court

BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Andre Michael LaFontaine was convicted of making a threatening communication in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) and sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment. He appeals his conviction and sentence, arguing that the government committed prose- cutorial error and the district court 1 erred in admitting evidence of a prior perceived threatening statement. LaFontaine also challenges the district court’s imposition of several special conditions of supervised release. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
