Thomas Wright, (“Wright”) a prisoner, appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Leslie G. Foschio, Magistrate Judge), that denied his motion to reconsider the district court’s judgment dismissing his claims as to two defendants and granting summary judgment to another. Wright sued employees of the New York Department of Correctional Services (“DOCS”) for violating his constitutional rights, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
