This is a wrongful death action arising out of the death of plaintiff’s husband while he was engaged in a construction project in Rossville, Georgia. The deceased, Will Andy Harris, Sr., was electrocuted while dismantling a scaffolding. Defendant City of Chattanooga maintained the high voltage power lines; defendant Hildebrand & Adair was the architectural firm on the project; defendant C & I was the general contractor.
