These are motions to dismiss appeals from three orders entered in the Bankruptcy Court of this district which (1) transferred the Chapter XI proceeding of New Haven Radio, Inc., debtor (“corporate debt- or”), to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut, which order was entered on January 28, 1981; (2) also transferred the Chapter XI proceeding of Anthony R.
