— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 12, 1974, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. Order reversed, on the law, with $20 costs and disbursements, and motion granted. Plaintiff allegedly slipped and fell on the premises of the Frontier Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 19, 1973.
