— In three actions to recover damages for wrongful death, etc., defendant Gaetano Cusimano appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Jones, *544J.), dated December 21,1982, as denied that branch of his motion for summary judgment which sought dismissal of plaintiffs’ complaints as against him. Order reversed, insofar as appealed from, on the law, with one bill of costs payable by respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs, motion granted and complaints dismissed as against defendant Gaetano Cusimano.
