|2The defendant, Eddie Joseph Matthews, III, was convicted by a jury of possession of a legend drug (Viagra) without a prescription and possession of methamphetamine. See La.- R.S. 40:967(C); La. -R.S. 40:1238.1. - He admitted to the allegations of a habitual offender bill- of information filed by the State and was then adjudicated a fourth-felony habitual offender. For the legend drug conviction, the defendant was sentenced to three years imprisonment at hard labor.
