The plaintiff, holder by mesne assignments of the claim of one S. P. Robineau, sues herein to recover $295,000, alleged damages for the defendant’s claimed breach of a contract in writing (detailed infra), made in Florida, relating to real and personal property in that State and there to be performed, the parties to said contract being said S.
