Pending before the Court are motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Nevada Restaurant Services, Inc. (“Dotty’s”) [Dkt. #38] and defendant Clark County (the “County”) [Dkt. # 42], and the Joinder [Dkt. # 39] to Dotty’s Motion filed by consolidated plaintiffs Jackpot Joanies FP, LLC, Jackpot Joanies DF, LLC, and Eclipse Gaming SHMP LLC (collectively, “Jackpot Joanies”).
