DIAZ, Judge:

A military judge convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of adultery, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. Contrary to his pleas, that same court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members, convicted the appellant of indecent assault, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.1 The members sentenced the appellant to confinement for nine months, forfeiture of all pay *613and allowances, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a bad-conduct discharge.
