This adversary proceeding came before the Court upon the four-count complaint filed by Plaintiff, ProSports Management of the South, Inc. (“ProSports”) for breach of fiduciary duty, embezzlement, conversion and civil theft, and to determine the dischargeability of such debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(4) and (a)(6). (Adv. Doc. 1.)
