|Appellant Kevin L. Banks was convicted of one count of capital murder and four counts of committing a terroristic act and was sentenced to concurrent terms of life imprisonment without parole and 480 months’ imprisonment, which were enhanced by a consecutive term of 180 months’ imprisonment for use of a firearm.
