MONTEMURO, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County revoking the order placing the appellant on probation and reimposing sentence.

On January 26, 1981, the appellant pled guilty to charges of theft of movable property, 1 theft by receiving stolen property, 2 and criminal attempt. 3 He was sentenced to pay a fine of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00), pay one-fifth of the cost of prosecution, and undergo state imprisonment on the theft charges for not less than two and one-half (2V2) years nor more than five (5) years; on the attempt charge,…
