OPINION AND ORDER

SESSIONS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Leonard A. LeBlanc sued his former employer, United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”) alleging breach of an implied contract of employment, age discrimination, and intentional infliction of emotional distress in connection with his discharge from employment. In a previous opinion and order, this Court dismissed the age discrimination and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims. Leblanc v. United Parcel Service, Inc., No. 2:95-cv-68, 1996 WL 192011 (D.Vt. Apr.2, 1996). UPS has now moved for summary judgment on LeBlanc’s remaining claim…
