Plaintiff sustained an injury to his right hand while operating a press in the course of his employment with defendant Leese Tool and Die Company. Amputation of his index and middle fingers resulted, as well as stiffness and loss of flexibility in the remaining digits. After a hearing, the referee found plaintiff to have sustained the loss of industrial use of his right hand.
