I concur in that part of the majority opinion which affirms the order of the court below dismissing the Attorney General’s petition (1) for the delivery to him of the documents in possession of the District Attorney of Dauphin County and (2) praying that he, the Attorney General, should be recognized as the officer in sole charge of the proceedings on the part of the Commonwealth.
