HOOD, Judge.

This is an action by Mrs. Burdiel Jean Hebert to recover the amount alleged to be due under a group life insurance policy. The policy was issued by defendant, Tennessee Life Insurance Company, to Reading & Bates Offshore Drilling Company, insuring the lives of the employees of the drilling company. Plaintiff is the widow of Wilfred Trahan, deceased. She alleges that her husband, as an employee of Reading & Bates, was an insured under the above mentioned policy at the time of his death, and that she is his named beneficiary.
