Plaintiffs appeal the trial court’s order denying a motion to set aside a stipulation and order of dismissal as to defendant Peoples Community Hospital Authority. Plaintiffs’ original complaint in this medical malpractice action was filed August 15, 1968. It is alleged that *530Peoples Hospital and the individual defendants negligently administered excessive quantities of oxygen to the minor plaintiff postnatally for a period of approximately one month following his premature birth October 11, 1967, resulting in a condition diagnosed as retrolental fibroplasia which rendered said minor plaintiff…
