EVANS, District Judge.
The bill of complaint in this case was filed November 3, 1893, and sought the foreclosure of a mortgage upon certain property located in Kentucky. The mortgage was executed by the defendant (a Kentucky corporation), and was to secure the payment of its negotiable bonds amounting to $1,500,000. A decree was *776entered directing the sale of the property, and it was done.
