The point involved is disclosed by an outline statement of the fact situation. The cause of action upon which the judgment in this case was recovered fully appears in the cases reported in 229 Fed. 444 and 235 Fed. 669, 149 C. C. A. 89.
The foundation of the plaintiff’s claim was that she held the bonds of the Pennsylvania Canal Company, secured by a mortgage of the canal property of the obligor.
