In this action to recover taxes paid under protest, plaintiffs Janet and John Favalora (hereafter appellants) appeal from the trial court’s order of dismissal. That order, which is appealable (Code Civ. Proc., § 58Id), was1 entered after the court sustained the general demurrer interposed by the defendants, the County of Humboldt and its tax collector (hereafter the county), and appellants elected not to amend.
