This appeal raises several nettlesome questions pertaining to appellant’s right to regain property seized pursuant to a search warrant that was issued as part of a federal grand jury investigation of his business affairs. Appellant Robert Young operates five separate businesses, one of which is the Bob Young Bonding Company, an unincorporated bail bonding business in Fargo, North Dakota.
