ACKERMAN, District Judge.

Defendant Balistrieri having been convicted of income tax evasion in 1967, and having fully served his sentence, now presents a motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis seeking to overturn the jury verdict and subsequent judgment of conviction entered by this Court. Pursuant to the motion, defendant seeks to discover from the Government certain information utilizing the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
