This Cause is before the Court on Defendants, Naples Community Hospital, Inc. and NCH Healthcare System, Ine.’s Dispositive Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 41) filed on May 18, 2011, and the Plaintiff, Lucinda Marie Jenks, as Personal Representative for the Estate of Dorine Olson’s Memorandum in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 47) filed on June 8, 2011.
