MEMORANDUM DECISION

WINMILL, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

The Court has before it a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Micron Technology, Inc. (MTI) and Micron Electronics, Inc. (MEl). The Court has heard oral argument and the motion is at issue. Plaintiff Guy Heeker asserts that he was fraudulently induced to transfer shares of stock to facilitate a merger. After examining the entire record, the Court finds that the defendants did not commit fraud and that Heck-er’s access to a Proxy Statement gave him the accurate information he needed to properly evaluate his share transfer.
